// THE HUNT MODULE · THE FRONT DOOR OF THE OS
Paste a job post, a referral text, or a list of companies. Your own Claude scores each one against YOUR ideal client (75+ auto-qualify, 50 to 74 review, under 50 skip), then files the keepers and tells you the next move. The no's get logged and skipped, so you stop chasing leads that were never going to pay. $97 USD once, unlimited leads, runs in your own Claude.
Runs entirely in YOUR Claude account · get-you-running-or-refund guarantee · keep the files either way
// THE PART THAT BURNS THE WEEK
A pipeline is mostly noise. The trade-show list, the Upwork posts, the "my cousin runs a clinic" referrals, most of them were never going to buy, and you find that out three calls deep, after you have already burned a week on the chase.
The reason is simple: nobody scores fit before the chase. You pursue on a gut feeling and a hopeful read of a job ad, and the equity-only gigs and "guarantee me 10x in 30 days" panic posts get the same attention as the prospect who actually has budget and a real problem.
The expensive mistake is not the lead you pass on. It is the lead you should have passed on and didn't. A bar that runs first, against your own definition of a good client, is the cheapest thing you can put at the front of your pipeline. That is this room.
// WHAT IT ACTUALLY IS
A "skill" is a file of operating instructions your Claude reads and follows. This module installs one, called lead-hunt, plus the folder where qualified leads pile up. You paste a job post, an RFP, a DM, or a list of companies and say "score this lead." It reads the post (not just the headline), pulls out budget, vertical, platform need, location, and decision-maker, scores it against your icp.md, and writes a lead file.
THE SCORE
100-point rubric → verdict
Five blocks: budget, pain, platform fit, vertical fit, expansion potential. The obvious no's (equity-only, MLM, "guarantee 10x", verticals you refuse) die first, before scoring wastes a pass. Then 75+ pursue, 50 to 74 review, under 50 skip.
THE FILE
one clean record, routed
One lead per file in hunt/leads/, named so you can find it later. Every qualified lead ends with a one-line verdict, the biggest score-mover, and the channel to reach them on. No lead sits in a folder unrouted.
THE PART THAT MAKES IT TRUSTWORTHY
It never invents a budget. Each detail is labeled [observed] (they said it) or [inferred] (read from signals). If a post doesn't state the spend, the file records that as a named gap, not a confident guess. The skip verdict is doing its job, the scores never get softened to be "helpful." A named gap reads as rigor. A confident guess reads as ChatGPT.
Manual feed (paste and score) is the operational path you will use every day. Automated scraping (watching subreddits or job boards on a schedule) is an optional advanced wire-up you can build later with the source config files included here. It is not built into the pack, and you do not need it to get value. The manual path closes deals on its own.
// WHAT SHIPS
Plus the DAY-0 install walkthrough on the delivery page, written for someone who has never opened a terminal. You get the source in copy-paste blocks AND a zip. Edit anything; it's yours.
// WHAT YOU ACTUALLY NEED · READ THIS BEFORE BUYING
Why it works this way: I never resell Claude access, and your prospect list never touches my servers. The module runs entirely inside YOUR account. That's the design, not a disclaimer. You wanted in on AI. This is what in looks like: the real stack, in your hands.
// HOW IT WORKS
01
Install
Unzip into a folder, install Claude Code, log in. About 5 minutes with the walkthrough.
02
Teach it your ICP
Fill icp.md: what you sell, who buys it best, your minimum fee, the red flags you refuse. 15 minutes, once.
03
Paste and score
Drop in a job post, a referral, or a list. Get a score, a verdict, and a next move. Keepers file themselves into hunt/leads/.
A SCORE IN PRACTICE
Paste the Cedar Park Family Orthodontics hiring post and it comes back 84/100, pursue: budget observed, pain real, platform a fit, reach Dr. Susan Hale on the channel attached. Drop Lakeline Roofing Co.'s vague "need leads fast" DM and it flags the missing budget as a named gap and lands in review. The equity-only gig from Bluebonnet Boutique Hotels never gets a scoring pass, it's disqualified on sight and skipped. Three pastes, three honest verdicts, minutes not hours.
// THE MATH
Unlimited leads, no per-lead fee, no monthly fee to me. One week of chasing a single bad-fit prospect costs more than this, in hours you can't bill. It's one of seven rooms; when you want them connected into one system, OS Pro is $997 USD.
The guarantee: if you can't get it running, I will personally get you running, or refund the $97. And you keep the files either way. The only way you lose money here is by chasing leads you should have skipped.
// STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Not out of the box, and I won't pretend otherwise. The operational path is manual feed: you paste a job post, a referral, or a list of companies and it scores each one. That is the path you will use every day, and it closes deals on its own. Automated scraping (watching subreddits or job boards on a schedule) is an advanced wire-up you can add later using the source config files included in the pack. It is a path you can build, not a running scraper you are buying.
Neither. It ships with zero leads, the leads are yours to feed it. And it is not text you paste and hope. It is a skill: a structured procedure your Claude loads and executes, with a disqualifier check that runs first, a 100-point scoring rubric, a file format it follows every time, and rules it can't break (no invented budgets, labeled claims, named gaps, every lead routed). The difference shows up on lead #30, when every file still looks identical and you can still trust the score.
Then the walkthrough was written for you. It's click-by-click: install one app, paste one command, log in with the Claude account you already have. The whole point is that the machine does the technical part. About 25 minutes, once, most of it filling in your ICP. Stuck? Email me and I'll get you running, that's the guarantee.
No. The module runs entirely inside your own Claude account, and the lead files live on your own machine (and your own GitHub, if you set that up, which I recommend). I never see who you're scoring or who's in your pipeline. Anthropic's terms govern your Claude account, same as they would anyway.
The Claude Pro plan, $20/mo USD, paid to Anthropic. Pro's limits handle plenty of lead scoring a day comfortably; if you scale to dozens daily, Anthropic's Max plan exists. Either way you pay them, not me. There is no per-lead fee and no subscription to me, ever.
This is module #1 (HUNT) of an eight-stage agency operating system, the front door. The others cover research, outreach, proposals, onboarding, delivery, and retention. A lead that auto-qualifies here is meant to flow straight into research next. Each module is $97 USD and shares this same icp.md and prospects/ folder, so they click together. When you want all seven wired into one system, OS Pro ($997 USD) merges them with a brain that routes the whole loop.
It's tuned for agencies and consultants selling to SMB and mid-market businesses: local services, healthcare, ecom, B2B services, SaaS. The bar is your icp.md, not a generic one, so the scoring bends to YOUR minimum fee, your platforms, and the red flags you refuse. The skip verdict saves you more money than the qualify verdict makes you. That is the point.
// FOR THE SCROLLERS
The short version: the Hunt Module is the front door of a real agency, installed in your own Claude. Paste any job post, referral, or company list and the lead-hunt skill scores it against YOUR icp.md on a 100-point rubric (75+ pursue, 50 to 74 review, under 50 skip), disqualifies the obvious no's first, and files one clean record per keeper with a next move attached. Never invents a budget, labels every claim, routes every lead. Manual feed is operational; scraping is an optional wire-up. You need Claude Pro ($20/mo USD, from Anthropic) and about 25 minutes of setup with a hand-holding walkthrough. $97 USD once, unlimited leads, keep-the-files guarantee.
// ONE ROOM OF A BIGGER HOUSE
Hunt is the first room. There are eight. The full system this comes from also researches the qualified leads, writes the outreach, prices the proposals, onboards the wins, ships the delivery, and watches client health, sibling modules that share these same files. They release one at a time. The natural next one: The Research Module, which takes any lead that auto-qualified here and runs full recon into a closing-ready dossier.
