Acceptable Use Policy

Flowscale is a set of files you install and run in your own AI assistant. This policy covers what you may and may not do with them. It sits alongside the licence in our Terms of Service.

Use it in your business

The licence covers one agency or business that you own or work for. Install it on as many of your own machines as you like, and adapt it however you want for your own work.

What is not allowed

• Reselling, sublicensing, republishing, or redistributing the files, modified or not.
• Repackaging the system, in whole or substantial part, into a product you sell.
• Sharing your download or repository access outside your business.
• Using the files to build a directly competing product for sale.
• Presenting the system as your own original work to buyers of a competing offer.

What you produce is yours

Dossiers, proposals, reports and any other output you generate with Flowscale belong to you and your clients. We claim nothing in it.

Third-party platforms

Flowscale runs inside an AI assistant supplied by a third party under its own terms. You are responsible for complying with those terms, including anything they say about automation, rate limits, and acceptable content. We cannot grant you permissions on another company's platform.

Enforcement

Where we find a clear breach, particularly redistribution, we may terminate the licence. We will contact you first unless the breach is deliberate and ongoing. Report suspected misuse to hello@harborsoftware.com.
