Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Harbor Software LLC collects when you use flowscalehq.com or buy a Flowscale product, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Purchase details. Your name, email and billing country, so we can deliver the product, issue receipts, and honour the update entitlement.
• Payment data. Handled entirely by our payment processor. Card numbers never reach our servers and we cannot see them.
• Basic site analytics. Aggregate page views and referrers. No profile building, no ad retargeting pixels.
• Anything you email us. Kept so we can answer you.

What we do not collect

Flowscale runs inside your own AI account, on your machine. Your prospect data, client files, and anything you produce with the system stay with you. They are never transmitted to us and we have no ability to read them.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as an independent data controller for payment information and applies its own privacy policy. We receive only the confirmation and the billing details needed for receipts and tax records.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the processors required to run the business: our payment processor, our email provider, and our hosting provider. Each handles data on our instructions.

Retention

Purchase and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires. Support email is kept while it is useful, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction of it, or its deletion, subject to records we must legally keep. Email hello@harborsoftware.com and we will action it.

Cookies

We use only what the site needs to function and to count visits in aggregate. No third-party advertising cookies.
