FOR AGENCY OWNERS WHO PITCH · MODULE #2 OF FLOWSCALE · RUNS IN YOUR OWN CLAUDE

// THE RESEARCH MODULE · THE WHOLE QUALIFY ROOM

The engine does the recon.
The module runs the room.

The Dossier Engine writes one dossier. The Research Module is everything around it: the prospect filing system that compounds, meeting battle cards built from each file, and worked examples you can copy. The whole qualify stage of a real agency, installed in your own AI. $97 USD once.

// THE PART THAT LOSES PITCHES

One good dossier is great. The problem is the other thirty-nine.

You can grind out one brilliant piece of research when the deal is big enough. The trouble is a pipeline has forty prospects, every pitch needs prep, and last month's research is scattered across docs you can't find when the follow-up call lands.

So research becomes a one-off heroic effort instead of a system. There's no shared place the files live, no way to walk into a meeting with the objections already mapped, and no record of who you already looked at and passed on.

The recon isn't the whole job. Filing it so it compounds, and turning it into something you can actually hold in the room, is the rest of the job. That's the room this module gives you.

// ENGINE VS MODULE

You already know the engine. This is the room it lives in.

THE DOSSIER ENGINE · $47

One machine

The 8-pass recon skill. Name a company, get a dossier. That's it, and it's excellent at that one thing.

THE RESEARCH MODULE · $97

The whole room

The engine PLUS the prospect filing system, the meeting battle-card skill, the contact and timeline templates, and worked examples. The full qualify stage.

Already bought the Dossier Engine? The module contains a superset of it, you lose nothing and gain the room. Tell me at checkout and the $47 comes off.

// WHAT IT ACTUALLY IS

Two real skills and a filing system, in your own AI.

A "skill" is a file of operating instructions your Claude reads and follows. This module installs two, plus the folder structure that makes research compound. You type a sentence; the right skill loads and writes the result into your repo.

SKILL 1 · THE DOSSIER

8-pass recon → dossier

Surface, money (ad libraries), reputation (the 1-3 star reviews), people, why-now triggers, competitors, the gaps, then the verdict: fit score, objections with counters, the angle, 3 openers.

SKILL 2 · THE BATTLE CARD

dossier → meeting prep

Turns a dossier into a one-screen meeting card: talking points, their pain, the objections and your counters, the trick questions, what NOT to say, and your pricing posture. Walk in ready.

THE PART THAT MAKES IT TRUSTWORTHY

Every claim is labeled [observed], [self-described], or [inferred], with a confidence level and a date. It never invents a number. What it can't verify goes in a named gaps list with "verify on the call." A named gap reads as rigor. A confident guess reads as ChatGPT.

// THE OUTPUT, NOT A MOCKUP

This is the file it writes.

A real dossier from this exact system: Cedar Park Family Orthodontics, FIT 84/100, pursue. Fit breakdown, pain signals with evidence, buying triggers, objections with counters, the angle, three openers. The module writes this same format into your prospects/ folder for any company you name, then the battle-card skill turns it into your meeting prep.

// WHAT YOU ACTUALLY NEED · READ THIS BEFORE BUYING

The honest requirements.

Why it works this way: I never resell Claude access, and your prospect list never touches my servers. The module runs entirely inside YOUR account. That's the design, not a disclaimer. You wanted in on AI. This is what in looks like: the real stack, in your hands.

// HOW IT WORKS

Install, teach it your ICP, then research forever.

01

Install

Unzip into a folder, install Claude Code, log in. About 5 minutes with the walkthrough.

02

Teach it your ICP

Fill icp.md: what you sell, who buys it best, your real proof points. 10 minutes, once.

03

Research, then prep

Name a company, get the file. Before the meeting, ask for the battle card. Both into your repo.

THE SYSTEM BEHIND IT

This module is the research discipline I run my own agency on. The same discipline, pointed at my own pipeline, has pulled leads at $21 against a $35-75 USD band, inbound calls at $5-6, and 400+ leads traced to the exact ad that made them. Ask me on a call and I'll show you the ad-account receipts.

// THE MATH

$97 USD. Once.

The engine alone is $47 and does one job. The module is $97 and gives you the whole qualify room: research that files itself, plus meeting prep, plus the templates. Unlimited prospects, no monthly fee to me. It's one of seven rooms; when you want them connected, OS Pro is $997 USD.

The guarantee: if you can't get it running, I will personally get you running, or refund the $97. And you keep the files either way. The only way you lose money here is by not pitching anyone.

// STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Questions a smart buyer asks.

How is this different from the Dossier Engine?+

The engine is one skill: it writes a dossier. The module is the whole qualify room: that same engine, plus a second skill that turns any file into meeting prep, plus the prospect filing system that makes research compound, plus contact and timeline templates and a full worked example. If you bought the engine, the module is a superset, tell me at checkout and the $47 comes off.

I've never opened a terminal in my life.+

Then the walkthrough was written for you. It's click-by-click: install one app, paste one command, log in with the Claude account you already have. The whole point is that the machine does the technical part. About 25 minutes, once, most of it filling in your ICP. Stuck? Email me and I'll get you running, that's the guarantee.

Is this just a prompt pack?+

No. A prompt pack is text you paste and hope. These are skills: structured procedures your Claude loads and executes, with a scoring rubric, output formats they follow every time, and rules they can't break (no invented numbers, labeled claims, named gaps). The difference shows up on company #30, when every file still looks identical and you can still trust the fit score.

Does my prospect list touch your servers?+

No. The module runs entirely inside your own Claude account, and the files live on your own machine (and your own GitHub, if you set that up, which I recommend). I never see who you're researching. Anthropic's terms govern your Claude account, same as they would anyway.

What does running it actually cost me?+

The Claude Pro plan, $20/mo USD, paid to Anthropic. Pro's limits handle a handful of dossiers a day comfortably; if you scale to dozens daily, Anthropic's Max plan exists. Either way you pay them, not me. There is no per-file fee and no subscription to me, ever.

Where does this fit in the bigger system?+

This is module #2 (QUALIFY) of an eight-stage agency operating system. The others cover hunting leads, outreach, proposals, onboarding, delivery, and retention. Each is $97 USD and shares this same icp.md and prospects/ folder, so they click together. When you want them wired into one system, OS Pro ($997 USD) merges all seven with a brain that routes the whole loop.

Will it work for my niche?+

It's tuned for agencies and consultants selling to SMB and mid-market businesses, anything with a website, reviews, ads, and a findable owner: local services, healthcare, ecom, B2B services, SaaS. It's weakest on giant national brands (flagged in the file when it detects one). The ICP file is yours, so the scoring bends to YOUR niche, not a generic one.

// FOR THE SCROLLERS

The short version: the Research Module is the whole QUALIFY stage of a real agency, installed in your own Claude. It contains the Dossier Engine (8-pass recon, fit score, objections, openers) plus a meeting battle-card skill, the prospect filing system that compounds, templates, and a full worked example. Every claim labeled, no invented numbers. You need Claude Pro ($20/mo USD, from Anthropic) and about 25 minutes of setup with a hand-holding walkthrough. $97 USD once, unlimited prospects, keep-the-files guarantee.

// ONE ROOM OF A BIGGER HOUSE

Qualify is the second room. There are eight.

The full system this comes from also hunts the leads, writes the outreach, prices the proposals, onboards the wins, ships the delivery, and watches client health, sibling modules that share these same files. They release one at a time. The natural next one: The Outreach Module, which turns any dossier in your prospects/ folder into openers and a sequence in your voice.
