Flowscale
FOR AGENCY OWNERS WHO PITCH · MODULE #3 OF FLOWSCALE · RUNS IN YOUR OWN CLAUDE

// THE OUTREACH MODULE · THE WHOLE APPROACH ROOM

Research is ammunition.
This is the trigger.

Point it at a prospect and it writes 3 openers and a sequence in your voice, pain-first, personalized only with facts that are true, then grades every line past a built-in skeptic before you see it. Paste a job post and it scores the fit and drafts the pitch. The whole approach stage of a real agency, in your own AI. $97 USD once.

// WHY YOUR OUTREACH GETS DELETED

The owner you're emailing deletes twenty-nine of these a week.

They can spot a template in half a second. The "I hope this finds you well," the "I came across your business," the paragraph about you before a word about them. Delete, delete, delete. Your offer might be perfect and they will never know, because the first line told them you sent the same thing to four hundred people.

Good outreach is the opposite: it opens with their problem, names a real detail only someone who looked would know, and asks for one small thing. That takes research, a clear angle, and the discipline to cut every line that sounds like a robot. Which is exactly why most outreach skips all three.

And inbound is the same trap in reverse: a job post lands, you spend an hour writing a heartfelt pitch, and it was a tire-kicker with no budget all along.

// ENGINE VS MODULE

You already know the engine. This is the room it lives in.

THE OUTREACH ENGINE · $47

One machine

Cold outreach: dossier in, 3 openers and a sequence out, reviewed before you see it. Excellent at that one job.

THE OUTREACH MODULE · $97

The whole room

The cold engine PLUS inbound job-post pitching, the voice guide, the reply-reviewer agent, the opener formula library, and worked examples. The full approach stage.

Already bought the Outreach Engine? The module contains a superset of it, you lose nothing and gain the room. Tell me at checkout and the $47 comes off.

// WHAT IT ACTUALLY IS

Two skills and a skeptic, in your own AI.

A "skill" is a file of operating instructions your Claude reads and follows. This module installs two, plus an agent that reviews their output. You type a sentence; the right one loads and writes the result into your repo, in your voice.

SKILL 1 · COLD OUTREACH

prospect → openers + sequence

Reads a dossier (or your notes), picks the angle, writes 3 openers and a 3-to-5 email sequence with subject lines, audits every personalization against an observed fact, saves one file per company.

SKILL 2 · INBOUND PITCH

job post → pitch + verdict

Parses the poster, services, budget signals, pain, and red flags, scores fit out of 10, drafts the pitch email, and returns Send / Maybe / Skip so you stop writing to bad-fit gigs.

THE PART THAT KEEPS YOU OUT OF THE TRASH

Every draft is run past a built-in reviewer agent before it is saved: a skeptic prompted to read like the busy owner who deletes 29 of these a week. It verdicts each touch SEND, FIX, or REWRITE, and applies the edits. Pain-first or it fails. Personalization without a cited fact fails. An invented number fails. You only ever see drafts that already survived a hostile read.

// WHAT SHIPS

Every file, annotated. No mystery box.

// WHAT YOU ACTUALLY NEED · READ THIS BEFORE BUYING

The honest requirements.

Why it works this way: I never resell Claude access, and your prospect list and your copy never touch my servers. The module runs entirely inside YOUR account. It writes; you send, from your own email and DMs, under your own email law. That's the design, not a disclaimer.

// HOW IT WORKS

Install, teach it your voice, then send better than you write tired.

01

Install

Unzip into a folder, install Claude Code, log in. About 5 minutes with the walkthrough.

02

Teach it your voice

Paste two real lines from your own emails into voice-guide.md, and your offer + proof into icp.md. 10 minutes.

03

Name a prospect

One sentence. Minutes later the openers and sequence are in outreach/, already reviewed. Send the first one tomorrow.

THE SYSTEM BEHIND IT

This module is the outreach discipline I run my own agency on, pain-first, earned-personalization-only, reviewed before it sends. The same discipline books the calls that fill the pipeline. Ask me on a call and I'll walk you through real sequences and what they returned.

// THE MATH

$97 USD. Once.

The engine alone is $47 and does cold outreach. The module is $97 and gives you the whole approach room: cold sequences, inbound pitching, the voice guide, and the reviewer. Unlimited prospects and job posts, no monthly fee to me. It's one of seven rooms; when you want them connected, OS Pro is $997 USD.

The guarantee: if you can't get it running, I will personally get you running, or refund the $97. And you keep the files either way. The only way you lose money here is by not sending anything.

// STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Questions a smart buyer asks.

How is this different from the Outreach Engine?+

The engine is cold outreach: dossier in, sequence out. The module is the whole approach room: that same cold engine, plus inbound job-post pitching, the voice guide, the reply-reviewer agent, the opener formula library, and worked examples. If you bought the engine, the module is a superset, tell me at checkout and the $47 comes off.

Does it send the emails for me?+

No, and that's deliberate. It writes; you send, from your own inbox and DMs, under your own email law (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL). Auto-senders are how you get a domain blacklisted. This gives you reviewed, ready-to-send copy and leaves the send button to you.

Will it sound like me, or like AI?+

Like you, if you fill in the voice guide (two real lines from your own emails is enough to calibrate it). And it's on a banned-phrase diet: no "hope this finds you well," no "just following up," no "circle back." The reviewer kills anything that reads like a template before you ever see it.

Do I need the Research module too?+

No. This module stands alone: feed it your own notes, or just a company name and it does a quick web pass itself. It's at its best fed a dossier from the Research module (the pain, triggers, and objections already mapped), because they share the same prospects/ folder. But it pays for itself the first time one sequence books a call, with or without the other module.

What does running it actually cost me?+

The Claude Pro plan, $20/mo USD, paid to Anthropic. Pro's limits handle plenty of sequences a day; if you scale to dozens, Anthropic's Max plan exists. Either way you pay them, not me. There is no per-message fee and no subscription to me, ever.

Where does this fit in the bigger system?+

This is module #3 (APPROACH) of an eight-stage agency operating system. The others cover hunting leads, research, proposals, onboarding, delivery, and retention. Each is $97 USD and shares the same icp.md and prospects/ folder, so they click together. When you want them wired into one system, OS Pro ($997 USD) merges all seven with a brain that routes the whole loop.

// FOR THE SCROLLERS

The short version: the Outreach Module is the whole APPROACH stage of a real agency, installed in your own Claude. It contains the Outreach Engine (cold dossier-in, openers-and-sequence-out) plus inbound job-post pitching with a Send/Maybe/Skip verdict, a voice guide so it sounds like you, an opener formula library, and a reply-reviewer agent that grades every draft before you see it. Pain-first, earned personalization only, no invented numbers. You need Claude Pro ($20/mo USD, from Anthropic) and about 25 minutes of setup. $97 USD once, unlimited prospects, keep-the-files guarantee.

// ONE ROOM OF A BIGGER HOUSE

Approach is the third room. There are eight.

The full system this comes from also hunts the leads, researches them, prices the proposals, onboards the wins, ships the delivery, and watches client health, sibling modules that share these same files. They release one at a time. The natural pairing: the Research Module writes the dossier this one turns into a sequence, and the Proposal Module prices the deal when the sequence books the call.
