FOR AGENCY OWNERS DONE WITH SCATTERED TOOLS · OS PRO · THE CONNECTED CORE

// OS PRO · THE CONNECTED CORE

Run the whole agency on one system.
Hunt to retain, not ten browser tabs.

Right now the agency runs in your head, on sticky notes, and across ten disconnected tools. OS Pro is all seven lifecycle rooms merged and wired by one brain: a single CLAUDE.md that routes every stage, plus pipeline and cost state, plus a memory that compounds after every deal. $997 USD once, in your own Claude.

// THE PART THAT NEVER COMPOUNDS

The agency runs in your head. Nothing it learns ever stays.

Hunting leads is one tab. Researching them is another. Outreach is in your inbox, proposals are in Docs, onboarding is in a checklist you keep rewriting, delivery is in a project tool, client health is a gut feeling. Every stage is a different place, and none of them talk to each other.

So the prospect you researched on Monday is a cold start by the time you pitch on Thursday. The objection you handled brilliantly last quarter is forgotten by the next call. The pricing that closed three deals lives nowhere. The agency is only as organized as the day you happen to be having, and it forgets everything the moment you stop holding it.

That is the real cost of scattered tools: not the subscriptions, the lost continuity. Work that should make the next deal easier just evaporates. A system that connects the stages, and remembers, is the difference between an agency and a busy person.

// MODULES VS THE SYSTEM

Seven good rooms, or one house with hallways.

SINGLE MODULES · $97 USD EACH

Seven separate rooms

Each module is excellent at its one stage: hunt, research, outreach, proposal, onboarding, delivery, retention. But each is its own room. You walk between them yourself, and what one learns, the next never sees.

OS PRO · $997 USD

One connected system

All seven rooms merged into one repo, joined by the brain that routes them. A prospect you hunt becomes a dossier, becomes the openers, becomes the proposal, becomes the client you onboard, deliver for, and keep. The same files flow the whole way.

A prospect does not stop existing when it moves from research to outreach to proposal. Neither should its file. In OS Pro the entity carries its whole history forward, one folder, one timeline, every stage. That continuity is the product.

// WHAT ACTUALLY CONNECTS IT

One brain routes the whole lifecycle.

The connective tissue is a single CLAUDE.md, the OS brain. It is the always-on routing layer: you type a sentence and it loads the right skill for the stage you are in, applies your pricing discipline, enforces the response format, and runs the session checklists that keep nothing from slipping. Eleven skills across the seven rooms, all reachable in plain English.

THE BRAIN · CLAUDE.md

routes every stage

"Research them" loads the dossier skill. "Prep me for the call" loads the battle card. "Prepare a proposal" runs the pricing check first. "Onboard them" moves the folder and sets up the client. You speak; it routes.

THE STATE · state/

remembers the pipeline

Pipeline, capacity, and costs in plain files, plus stale-work detection that surfaces a cold prospect or a quiet client before you have to ask. The agency stops living only in your memory.

THE PART THAT COMPOUNDS

The brain/ folder gets smarter after every deal. Win one and the pricing pattern updates. Lose one and the pitch lesson updates. A client churns and the warning sign gets recorded so you catch it next time. The system you run in month six is sharper than the one you installed, because it kept what it learned. That is the thing a pile of separate tools can never do.

Plus the install walkthrough (DAY-0.md and INSTALL.md), written for someone who has never opened a terminal. One worked example runs through the whole lifecycle so you see the files flow stage to stage. You get the source in copy-paste blocks AND a zip. Edit anything; it's yours.

// THE MATH, HONESTLY

$679 USD buys seven rooms. $997 USD buys the house with the hallways.

7 MODULES A LA CARTE

$679 USD

Buy all seven modules separately and you own seven good rooms, with no hallways between them. Each is excellent at its stage. Nothing connects them, nothing routes between them, and nothing remembers across them.

OS PRO

$997 USD

The same seven rooms, plus the brain that connects them, the pipeline and cost state, and the compounding memory. The difference between the two prices is the wiring, and the wiring is the part that makes it a system instead of a folder of tools.

To be plain about it: OS Pro is not the cheaper way to get the seven modules. It is more than the sum of them, on purpose. You are paying $318 USD over the a la carte price for the one thing a la carte cannot give you, the connection. If all you want is one or two stages, buy those modules. If you want the agency to run as one system, this is that.

// WHAT YOU ACTUALLY NEED · READ THIS BEFORE BUYING

The honest requirements.

  • A Claude Pro subscription. $20/mo USD ($17/mo on annual), bought from Anthropic at claude.ai, not from me. It includes Claude Code and the web search the engine digs with. If you're serious about AI in your agency, you were buying this plan anyway.
  • Claude Code, free. One command installs it. Mac: curl -fsSL https://claude.ai/install.sh | bash · Windows: irm https://claude.ai/install.ps1 | iex. The delivery page walks you through it click by click.
  • About 25 minutes, once. Then a dossier is one sentence typed into a terminal. No code, no API keys. If you can install an app and paste a folder, you can run this.
  • For client data, use a Commercial Claude tier. Your own prospect research and your own files are fine on Pro. For a client's reports, contracts, and transcripts, run on a Commercial tier (Team, Enterprise, or API) so that data sits under commercial terms.
  • Already on Cursor? The same files work as project rules. Instructions included.

Why it works this way: I never resell Claude access, and your pipeline never touches my servers. The system runs entirely inside YOUR account. That's the design, not a disclaimer. You wanted in on AI. This is what in looks like: the real stack, in your hands.

// HOW IT WORKS

Install the system, teach it your ICP, run your first week.

01

Install the whole system

Unzip into a folder, install Claude Code, log in. All seven rooms and the brain land together. About 5 minutes with the walkthrough.

02

Fill your ICP

Fill icp.md once: what you sell, who buys it best, your real proof points. Every room scores and pitches against the same profile. 10 minutes, once.

03

Run your first week

Open FIRST-WEEK.md and follow it. Run the whole lifecycle, hunt through retain, on a real prospect, and finish the week with a scored book and the system working.

THE SYSTEM BEHIND IT

This is the operating system I run my own agency on, the full lifecycle, not a stage of it. The same discipline, pointed at my own pipeline, has pulled leads at $21 against a $35-75 USD band, inbound calls at $5-6, and 400+ leads traced to the exact ad that made them. Ask me on a call and I'll show you the ad-account receipts.

// THE PRICE

$997 USD. Once.

All seven rooms, the brain that routes them, the pipeline and cost state, and the memory that compounds. Unlimited prospects and clients, no monthly fee to me. This is the working core of the whole agency operating system; when you want it to scale and run a team, OS Max ($1,997 USD) and OS Ultra Max ($2,997 USD) extend it.

The guarantee: if you can't get it running, I will personally get you running, or refund the $997 USD. And you keep the files either way. The only way you lose money here is by leaving the agency in your head.

// STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Questions a smart buyer asks.

Is this cheaper than buying the 7 modules?+

No, and I won't pretend otherwise. Seven modules a la carte come to $679 USD; OS Pro is $997 USD. You're paying $318 USD more, on purpose, for the one thing the modules don't have: the brain that connects them, the pipeline and cost state, and the memory that compounds across stages. OS Pro is the connected version, not the discount bundle. If you only need one or two stages, buy those modules instead.

Do I need to buy the modules first?+

No. OS Pro contains all seven modules already, merged into one repo, plus the connective layer they don't ship with. You don't buy anything else first. If you happened to buy a single $97 USD module earlier, its files already live inside here, so nothing you learned is wasted, but it was never a prerequisite.

What's the difference between Pro, Max, and Ultra Max?+

OS Pro ($997 USD) is the connected core: all seven rooms plus the brain, state, and compounding memory. The working agency. OS Max ($1,997 USD) adds the parts that scale a business: a playbook library, the sales engine, the multi-partner channels layer (sell direct, white-label, or as another agency's fulfillment arm), non-marketing deal tracking, and automation scripts. OS Ultra Max ($2,997 USD) adds the machinery to grow and run a team on it: a private leadership repo, the engine builder for writing your own skills, the delegation layer, the client-deliverable publishing pattern, and 12 months of new module drops. Start with Pro; the others build on top of it.

I've never opened a terminal in my life.+

Then the walkthrough was written for you. It's click-by-click: install one app, paste one command, log in with the Claude account you already have. The whole point is that the machine does the technical part. About 25 minutes, once, most of it filling in your ICP. Stuck? Email me and I'll get you running, that's the guarantee.

Is this just a prompt pack?+

No. A prompt pack is text you paste and hope. OS Pro is eleven skills plus a routing brain plus a filing system: structured procedures your Claude loads and executes, a pricing discipline it enforces, output formats it follows every time, and a state layer that remembers your pipeline. The difference shows up in month three, when a prospect you researched flows straight into a proposal, and the system already knows what closed last time.

Does my pipeline touch your servers?+

No. The whole system runs inside your own Claude account, and the files live on your own machine (and your own GitHub, if you set that up, which I recommend). I never see your prospects or clients. For client data specifically, use a Commercial Claude tier so that data sits under commercial terms; your own files are fine on Pro. Anthropic's terms govern your account, same as they would anyway.

What does running it actually cost me?+

The Claude Pro plan, $20/mo USD, paid to Anthropic. Pro's limits handle real daily agency work comfortably; if you scale to heavy daily volume, Anthropic's Max plan exists, and for client data a Commercial tier. Either way you pay them, not me. There is no per-file fee and no subscription to me, ever, beyond the one-time $997 USD.

// FOR THE SCROLLERS

The short version: OS Pro is the whole agency lifecycle, hunt through retain, installed in your own Claude. All seven modules merged into one repo and wired by the brain, a single CLAUDE.md that routes every stage, plus pipeline and cost state and a memory that compounds. Eleven skills, one ICP shared across them, every claim labeled, no invented numbers. Seven modules a la carte are $679 USD and stay disconnected; OS Pro is $997 USD and adds the wiring. You need Claude Pro ($20/mo USD, from Anthropic) and about 25 minutes of setup with a hand-holding walkthrough. $997 USD once, unlimited prospects and clients, keep-the-files guarantee.

// THE CORE, AND WHAT EXTENDS IT

Pro is the working core. Max and Ultra Max build on it.

OS Pro runs the whole lifecycle. When you're ready to scale the business, OS Max ($1,997 USD) adds the playbook library, the sales engine, the multi-partner channels layer, and the automation scripts. When you're ready to grow and run a team on it, OS Ultra Max ($2,997 USD) adds the private leadership repo, the engine builder, the delegation layer, the publishing pattern, and 12 months of new module drops. Each builds on the core, so nothing you set up in Pro is wasted.
